Pros

The company has undertaken a commendable mission, and if they learn how to execute, could be helpful to many families

Cons

-Despite a substantial $55 million fundraising, the company recently executed layoffs individually, bypassing formal announcements after a RIF only a year and a half ago -Outsourcing many jobs to the Philippines is surprising especially considering recent fundraising efforts. -There's a lack of clear direction, leadership, and little to no investment in employees -The absence of a structured career path, bonuses, and basic recognitions -The company culture feels exclusive, with an all-male executive team and minimal female representation in leadership roles. -Ethical concerns regarding the BACB board, potential consequences for BCBAs licenses with the parent led model, and the actual implementation of AI have left many questions unanswered.

Pros

The work you do is meaningful and impactful to the business. Processes are quick to be developed and implemented which is rewarding. Leadership is very involved in all aspects of the organization and open to thoughts and ideas from all employees. As a start up you develop skills in a range of areas and there is a lot of cross department teamwork which I enjoy.

Cons

Can be long hours to meet deadlines, but that is expected in a start up environment.
