The mission attracts some really wonderful colleagues with deep personal connections to the mission.
Cons
The culture stems from the CEO who is a toxic, manipulative bully. The entire exec team are his personal friends and willing to put up with his nonsense and at worst are often extensions of his terrible work habits. He is exactly the kind of person who would pay to get good glassdoor reviews from people. Evidence of how awful the place is: I was recently contacted by a group of recently laid-off colleagues who are considering a lawsuit against the company for workplace harrassment. Run away from this place.
