Learning and skill development if you are a fresher. You get to learn a lot with a very good exposure
Cons
Very less pay, even person getting higher pay, If comes for interview, the management will lesser than what he was getting previously.
No ethics no culture. Management uses abusive language. The workplace does not feel like office, it some school or tution where the management just keeps on shouting for no reason. Even if you put your 110% and do the work perfectly, they will always make sure to make you regret joining the company. Salary is not provided on time. No initiative for workplace safety.
