Access to learning about different beers and how they are made Free beer to take home every Friday Company activities you can partake in (baseball games, hot balloon ride, etc) Discounts on food/beer at their bars (Ferry Building, Mill Valley, Valencia) Engagements with various different teams (production, sales, etc all mingle - sometimes)

Good luck being a person of color and being hired at this company HUUUUGGEEE lack of diversity and they make it very evident in your face Senior management is run by people who are "learning" the industry with no sense of what the industry actually needs No career progression and they instill that in you from day 1 so hopefully, you stay happy or find another job because they won't help with upward movement Everyone talks about everyone's job performance openly until the point where there is no manager-employee confidentiality What is said and what is done are two completely different things High turnover rate
