Pros
Despite the beer itself being pretty unremarkable and occasionally kind of bad (honestly kind of just glorified homebrew), the marketing is really great and people eat it up for some reason. So you're a part of an "exciting" brand in that sense.
Cons
The beer is mediocre, so eventually I imagine that will become an issue. More importantly, the org structure is a mess, with a weird emphasis on "directors". I've been trying to ignore the fact that I basically work for a couple of trust fund babies, whose parents bought them a brewery, despite them having no actual experience or credibility in the industry. Then they hired their friend from college to make the beer, who also had no experience, with predictable results. It is, on the other hand, really remarkable that the company has gotten this far, which I mostly attribute to really catchy packaging.
