      Nothing positive about Fort Health Care

      Cons

      Management was horrible, managers talk down to you as well as the nursing staff and physicians. Losing good people and managers all the time. Should have been a Red Flag for me. Nursing staff can get away of swearing in front of Patients.

      Great place to work. Love my job and respect the people I work with.

      Cons

      Need to live close to Fort Atkinson which is a very small town. On call requires one to be close enough to the hospital which means you need to live nearby.
