      Difficult to advance within company, upper management politics, expectations aren't presented clearly, flexibility issues with paid-time-off

      Great place to learn the ins and outs of the agency business. Given the small size, you get hands-on experience with all facets of marketing.

      Office location isn't ideal - pretty much requires driving.
