Pros
They provide great bagels every Tuesday morning. The ESOP has performed well if you are willing to stick around long enough to vest.
Cons
The new philosophy is "managers who do not work". They brought in a whole new management team from outside who is not familiar with the systems or operations of the company. These managers are actively told that they do not need to know how things are done. Their only responsibility is task management. Therefore, they have no idea how to accomplish the goals that they set for the team and don't understand why they can't always be met. Whenever something does not go as planned, which happens almost every time, instead of trying to find a solution, they look for somebody to blame.
