Great place to learn, some really nice collegues

Very underhanded business, lots of bullying, (maternity, gender, race) heard lost and lots of stories and faced some myself

Some very kind EA’s and LST’s

- Some of the worst management I have ever been involved with in my life - support goes from one extreme to the other, you are either micro managed or left to your own devises - Feed back is only given when they can see you are on the brink of exhaustion - hot and cold team lead, wants to be your friend then ignores you
