There are still a few good people left though they are unable to bring in a positive change.
Cons
After multiple rounds of layoffs teams are stretched thin, everyone is over worked, morale is not good and work assignments are no longer appropriate to skillsets. Company culture is not conducive to achieving goals or delivering quality results.
