The technical teams I worked with are very friendly and fosters a culture of growth, fun and encouragement. MLS if you're reading this, thank you very much for your guidance and support.
Cons
HR policies are bad. I was told not to take a nap during lunch break at the office couch when there are even no visitors. I wasn't also allowed to share why I was leaving to my colleagues. Not much career growth however.
