Pros

High level of pay Placement at a great company with amazing teammates

Cons

Either complete micromanagement or 0 communication The manager you work with on-site could give you amazing feedback, but Forrest, who is not actually in office with you, will pick you to pieces. I told them of my possible cancer diagnosis and how I would possibly be taking more sick days for doctor's appointments, and they almost immediately made me (unknowingly) train my replacement and then let me go.

Pros

The manager does do team lunches to bring different FS departments together The bonus was nice. The manager is not strict about most things and is hands-off.

Cons

When starting out as a temp, the staff at Forrest is not very communicative about the next steps when you become a full-time employee. I would call and email multiple times, but I would receive the run-around. The pay is not great, considering it's a job in the city, and most people have about an hour commute The manager is unwilling to learn about the departments that he oversees and is supposed to provide assistance to. The client relations director is not effective at stepping in when needed because her manager is inadequate at his job, and as a result, communication is lacking, and things fall through the cracks.
