The only pro to working as an ACT is if you plan to work in healthcare later or if you want to know if you like it. Med-Surge is very difficult and breaks even the nicest and strongest individuals. You will know within a few weeks if this is the job for you.
Cons
You can make more money working at a retail location. In this job you deal with many diseases that can infect you and your closest ones. You will have to work with those who have died and clean the body. you will have to clean patients who don't want to be touched and want to hurt you physically.
