This organisation has lost the run of itself....ive been employed for many years and cant keep up with the ever changing approaches this organisation puts its staff through. During covid i was left to feel that my contribution to young people was not enough while working from home putting me and all the other staff under extreme pressure. At one point we were threatened that funding was going to be pulled due to covid which was not the case. This constant fear mongering by our manager put huge stress on us. Many leaving the organisation for better opportunities...better payscales....better perks to the job. Promotions seem to be for the select few...it would seem you can go from being a mere officer to a director without even an interview!!!!!! While others need to jump through hoops and threatened with losing their jobs The HR department are busy disciplining staff due to managers not being able to do their jobs! Training managers is high priority for this organisation and needs to happen immediately. The culture of this place is rancid! Looking for jobs elsewhere.....anyone need their bins emptied?
