      Pros

      Interesting projects to learn from, good colleagues to work with. reputable firm with many awards. Can be a good learning place if you want to learn but be prepared to be grilled...

      Cons

      no career progression, no bonus. Favouritism. Mentors are condescending especially the architect partner of the firm. Some management with no experience to manage. Pushes mistakes and laying blame when is not even our fault. ... when one makes a mistake, insults and scolding follows.... Use of profanities in workplaces is totally unprofessional.

      Colleagues are good, it’s a reputated archi firm in Singapore and good portfolio.

      Crazy timeline, most of us are overworked. No work life balance

      Pros

      Interesting project typology, Able to reach high-end clients that willing to pay for the design. Good portfolio for your future career opportunities. Less politics. Friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      Structure and management are not good. High turnover rate + no proper handover procedures, it might be hard for people that takeover the project. Stress environment and long working hours. Some seniors are hard to deal with and hard to get guidance. Not suitable for long term
