Good product, strong customer following especially in crystallography and liquid handling. Product price point is good in comparison to competition. This company values customer satisfaction and provides good support. Surprisingly they've captured >60% crystallography market share in less than 10 years and is now poised to do the same in liquid handling. Open door policy with management, no company bureaucracy. Place to be creative and write processes as company grows.
