Goals are aggressive which can also man that you end up spending more time at work than expected. That's why you have to buy into the mission of what we do to make the best of it. During the R&D phase we sometimes look for cost cutting opportunities a little too early on. Could be better to do that optiimization later but management feels that this forces a good design early on.
