- Good work environment (people are very open to teach, be asked questions and do brainstorms) - Comfortable living conditions - Flexible working hour - Many learning and on-hands opportunities Imo, this company is amazing if you are signing in as an employee with 3+ years of experience and wants to settle down in Salatiga with your family for a long period of time. If you are a a fresh graduate, unless you really like this field and would love to learn many things, I don’t think you would enjoy that much working here.
