- Decent to good remuneration - Good portfolio for luxury and property brands
Cons
- Lack of reasonable working style - Borderline inhumane treatment of staff - Severe excess of late hours (13 to 144-hour work days more than 60% of the time) - Overly vertical hierachy that mostly impedes efficiency and work quality - Severe lack of work processes that ALSO affect efficiency, work quality and reduces overall meritocracy - SEVERE politics going on in the office, which are highly unnecessarily and are the main cause of stress and a high turnover for past and present colleagues
