Totally lax, can do whatever you want whenever you want unless you happen to do something you didn't know was even a problem and get called a r***** for it by the ceo and fired. So...avoid doing that and you're good.
Cons
Fired without notice or severance along with everyone else working at the facility. We sat around for 3 weeks waiting for work while they were figuring out how to sell the production element of the company. But instead of sending us home with 2 weeks half pay or something they waited until the last possible moment and then unceremoniously dumped all of us. Not even face to face mind you. At least for my entire shift. Screw that narcissistic ceo paul sutter.
