      Pros

      Learning new skills and sales tricks on a daily basis. Management is attentive to employee idea's and feedback which is valuable and motivating. Side benefits such as personal growth, team building activities and a personal chef are also great.

      Cons

      Flexibility is required from the employees as working in this industry in a start up results in that plans are changing quickly and strategies change, so you have to be able to adapt easily

      - the people - the way of working in the engineering team - the food It's rare to find an environment like this, where people are in focus and I truely like to go to work everyday.
