Pros
Management at the plant level genuinely cares about work/life balance. Shut down for holidays.
Cons
Have gone through some dark times in the past, and having trouble shaking that off. Total lack of ability to prioritize work......everything is number 1 priority. Hourly workers are stubborn and resist change. Feeling is if they wait long enough, there will be another turnover in management and the change will be forgotten.
