      Great co-workers, great pay, with overtime. Most manufacturing positions are easy to learn. Union environment.

      Cons

      The company is owned by Europeans who have high expectations that can not always be reasonably met. Some managers have their own personal agendas and have their own favorite pets. Human resources will check your social media, so beware of what you post.

      Pros

      Easy job on day to day tasks. But that’s only because management is severely lacking. Decent pay, company vehicle, typical benefits (health care, 401k, etc.)

      Cons

      Management structure with No direction, No focus or a real understanding of what influences end user buying decisions. They don’t even perform a basic market swat analysis to understand what they could be doing better. Why? Because we invented this stuff, and have been doing it for 110+ years do we know it all. Well then, enjoy your 30% market share there buddy.
