      People and history of the place have been fantastic. The business has been loss making, however after significant investment was starting to turn a corner.

      Cons

      New management are talent stripping the business. Good people are leaving or have left and the people remaining are drowning under a mountain of work.

      Pros

      Easy job on day to day tasks. But that’s only because management is severely lacking. Decent pay, company vehicle, typical benefits (health care, 401k, etc.)

      Cons

      Management structure with No direction, No focus or a real understanding of what influences end user buying decisions. They don’t even perform a basic market swat analysis to understand what they could be doing better. Why? Because we invented this stuff, and have been doing it for 110+ years do we know it all. Well then, enjoy your 30% market share there buddy.
