The company has changed ownership a few times over the last several decades and for the most part has stayed true to its core values of supplying quality products to a changing housing and design market.
Cons
They had a manufacturing plants in Roseville, CA and Reading, OH. Under one of the ownership groups a few years ago, they decided to close the California operation because of the high property values and the promise of immediate high profits on the sale of said real estate. This move hindered the company's ability to service the west coast in the same manner they had historically done for three decades.
