Pros
Formica has multiple manufacturing lines so its great to get a feel of different processes. The management there is great at giving you the freedom to be as independent and involved as you'd like.
Cons
At times company morale, on the floor, was difficult for someone new to the workforce to overcome. At times workers would give you a hard time with whatever you might be trying to do because you were interrupting their process. This gave the feeling that you were inferior and didnt matter. However, once you got to know them and learned to work with them, they were all great and helpful.
