Pros

Working with Fortune 500 brands

Cons

This place seems like a cult. Each town hall is very strangely positive, it seems like a pep rally. It is very very fake. The reality is that this agency doesn’t care about people, growth, work load, fostering talent, retaining talent, and more. They don’t care if your equipment is old or broken. We had older and worse equipment than our clients. The way accounts are shaped and run cause extreme burnout and negativity across the accounts. This agency is doomed. They are over-forecasting revenue and not winning new business. They also underpay. This agency’s environment of stress and overwork gave me health problems. Also, be warned that the other ratings for FKA were incentivized by the agency. Employees got gift cards to submit reviews, follow on social media, etc. What you see is not what you get with FKA.

Pros

They have a knack for hiring some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Also having access to educational resources from Publicis is a great thing to have.

Cons

They have no concept of communicating to their employees things they should know. In a short span of 7 months I saw two rounds of layoffs occur, both having my director and two supervisors overseeing my work be let go without informing me, my adjacent team or any of our clients. In addition, it was expected to take up additional work to make up for this. Despite being willing to do so, they would not even consider an increase in pay or a promotion. I've had to work extensive hours to make deadlines set up by the very people who would not communicate with me whether my job was in jeopardy or not. It doesn't help when a VP is doing the same job for an entirely separate Publicis agencies at the same time and never has time to deal with internal issues or communicate in a timely manner.
