Disappointing and Unprofessional - Anonymous employee Formel D Employee Review

Beware if you are thinking of starting here, new staff are not supported by disrespectful and unprofessional management. There isn't a suitable grievance process in place, management are completely unwilling to listen to you and dismiss issues raised out of hand. A frustrating place to work.
