Poor Leadership/High employee turn-over - Anonymous employee Formbay Employee Review

The idea of the product and the problem to be solved is good. The support team/call staff are extremely hard-working and friendly. Nice office space in the city which is close to transport but this is not a technology company.

- Working from home is frowned upon by management, even at the most dangerous times in the pandemic. If you do work from home you are watched on camera by someone who asks where you are even when you have bathroom breaks or are on lunch. - No development cycles. No projects were released which leads to demotivation and teams of people leaving. - People are promoted for loyalty not based on skill or knowledge and it shows - No calendars, no meeting schedules, no defined roadmap. - Weird powerplay, unprofessional human resource - High turnover of staff and projects which should take 3 weeks take years

I've been working at Formbay since its early beginning and saw much of its development throughout the time. From a small startup to a medium-sized business with all its ups and downs. I love the environmental aspect of the products and the way of thinking. The working conditions are top notch and flexibility is high, whether it's remote work, projects, events or leave. The coworkers are dear to me and contribute to an inclusive, anti-discriminatory environment for all.

- There are no office dogs :(
