Pros
The people - Formative was excellent at providing opportunities to connect with fellow employees & foster relationships. HR invested time in promoting intellectual intelligence training. Some of the current clients are doing wonderful work within the non-profit space. Management was supportive.
Cons
Work-life balance was not ideal. There were layoffs due to an unforeseen loss of a client. The company was not open to remote work post-COVID (at the time of my departure).
