Interesting jobs, and in general, their exhibit designers are good to work with.
Cons
In several years of doing business with Formations, they never paid me on time. I had to request payment up to 15 times before being paid an average of 3-6 months later than agreed upon in contract. I know 2 other independent contractors (researchers/ writers) who also have not been paid on time, and who have been lied to over the years. Don't waste your precious time, skills, and energy on Formations.
