While I can't argue about how someone feels, I can respond to the two fact-based assertions in your review regarding tools and benefits.
Our sales team is offered many tools to do their jobs, including extensive sales, product, and process training, a beautiful, customizable, open workspace, nice computers with large dual screens, wireless headsets, and so on. A few people have asked for minor accommodations to meet particular needs, and every one of those requests has been approved and the necessary accommodations made - most of them on the same day. If there is a better tool set offered anywhere, I would like to know what it might be so we might improve in this regard.
In terms of benefits, we offer free life and AD&D insurance, a smoking cessation benefit, a bonus for changing from high emission to low emission vehicles, company-branded clothing, regular voluntary bonuses and recognition, and probably other things I have forgotten. Additionally, we offer health insurance, an HSA with some matching, dental, vision, outside supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) with 50% matching up to 8% of total pay.
The last thing I would say is that when someone is really unhappy at Formaspace, I have found that it is often not because a person is not making enough money or hitting a performance number, but because we have different perspectives on fundamental values. On those occasions, I have found it is best to agree to part ways. I encourage anyone considering a career at Formaspace to find and read our values and ask questions about them in the interview process, because we really do try our best to live them.
