Experience on your resume. However, even this is a con because most companies do not know what Forman Mills is and the systems they use do not translate to any corporate company

Almost everything. Pay was terrible, management was worse. You're lucky if you get a buyer who cares about you and your development- there are seldom at this company. Everybody is only looking out for themselves and will back stab to get there. You can't trust anybody. During the holidays you are forced to work in the dingy warehouse-like stores where they lay off store employees to use corporate as free labor. Mind you, these stores are strategically placed in the ghettos of inner cities. The owner lays off people left and right, no one is safe at this company. Save yourself a year of wasted energy(if you can survive that long) and DO NOT apply here.
