Pros

They do not drug test right away, they give you 3 months before drug test. They hire based on experience and personality. The more retail experience the better! They love enthusiasm as well, so be very out going. Managers are not on the sales floor, so you don't have bosses on your back. Security handles customer issues very well.

Cons

They pay biweekly minimum wage. Every new hire is basically part time until after the 1st year. You only work 5-7 hr shifts. New hires do not get any benefits until after their first year. It's usually only one person in each department and the departments are huge.

seasoned co-workers, hands on learning

Cons

senior staff being above ethics, respect, SOPs are confusing and always changing, no real onboarding because it is dependent on your individual buyer, HR seems ambiguous
