      Accidentally saw two past reviews of Formac - So wanted to comment - Associate Software Engineer Formac Employee Review

      Pros

      Its definitely not the best of employers but work wise and the technologies that are used at Formac are very latest and the founders are very Tech from returned from US and are IITans, their expectations are high and we used enjoy working at Formac. Pay was decent.

      Cons

      Other than Health Insurance, Paid Time off and occasional employee recognition awards nothing great was there regarding employee benefits. All colleagues are very knowledgeable.

      Pros

      Being as small scale consulting agency, Formac was able to bring up the new requirements every week and have a minimum foreclosures of 10-15 every month.

      Cons

      The initial salary ranges are average, although you have previous work exprience.
