Pros
None. There was no pay and I was working 100 hours a week with no guidance. Then I would get disciplined because I’m an inter who knew nothing and took to long to work when expected to be mid level.
Cons
Little pay. Don’t fall for the cheap tricks of being paid by the project. You will be way under quoted. When I broke down my hourly rate I would have been making roughly $3/hr. Projects deadlines get pushed back and designs are constantly changing. You will not be compensated for these changes.
They are a sweet family run business but they know nothing of business and project management. They are constantly trying to cut corners.
You will hear the excuse constantly they they need to pay “bills, product, their personal bills” before they can pay their workers.
