Significant unpaid administrative burden outside of scheduled hours. Messaging volume and task load are high and often not accounted for in workload expectations, making it difficult to stay within a standard 40-hour workweek. Support and operational infrastructure have not scaled appropriately with growth, yet workload continues to increase.
