Good people and no pressure, full time remote

Some projects are legacy, but there are a lot of decent projects.

- Increases in salary, depending on how fast you're personally growing, without needing to ask for it - Good office culture - Able to work from home - The management appears to care - Great colleagues - Picky about employees (in a good way, only competent people are taken)

- Sometimes @here is used in the Slack channels, without it being necessary That's the only con I can actually think of.
