Awful treatment by absolute clowns - Sales Executive Forgeway Employee Review

- I've seen companies advertise their core values and never mention them again. Forgeway genuinely live by and implements theirs. - The way in which management treat staff is an employee dream. Not only have I witnessed them sit one-on-one to help employees achieve personal goals, I was offered help and support with my personal goals just after 4 days of working. - The benefits are spoken about but actually followed through on. There's support with private healthcare, incentives/bonuses and even free lunches! - Having only been here for a short period of time, I've felt looked after, valued and heard. I couldn't ask much more from a company.

- The recruitment process could be improved, I was waiting for my second interview for 25 minutes.

As an ex-employee, I am very happy with how the company operates. It adheres to its core values and respects their employees. They promote people that want to develop, work hard and help others. I will always remember this company for it’s friendly, almost family-like working environment where you can always go and speak to the directors about your concerns, ideas, frustrations and successes. It was a great place to work!

H&S adherence is sometimes an issue for operators.
