Everything about this place sucks. They’ve been open for 5-7 years I think and the longest employee they have has only been there for 2 years. If it was such a great place to work, why can’t they retain staff? Low pay for the responsibilities you are given Remote work, but you are constantly micromanaged Many of your “coworkers” are nice to your face and then talk bad about you behind your back The owners are a couple and they promote lying about why previous employees were let go

Supportive management Attainable quotas Generous pay structure Plenty of vacation time

Work can be stressful sometimes, but that is true for any agency environment.
