Despite all the posturing about how much they care, they treat people abysmally. Introduce change after change to systems that work even worse that what we had before and make it very difficult to access these systems. They encourage a culture of fear in the workplace, a word out of place can result in dismissal. The phrase is " one team" - an excuse to cut all the good people that made us great, specifically from our side of the group, all our expertise, all the people who make us tick gone and replaced with faceless yes men who haven't a clue how we operate.
