      Pros

      Free bagels and pizza sometimes. Plenty of scrap materials available for artists. Steady paycheck and OK insurance.

      Cons

      Total Bro culture. Very stressful time crunches on a regular basis. Managers aren't always aware of what their workers are up to. Lots of fingers pointed when something goes wrong. The majority of the crew has barely a high school education. Lots of burnouts just putting in their time.
