      Pros

      Pay is good for near entry level work and not having college degree. Great benefits including unlimited time off. Can easily take 7 weeks off per year without putting management in a bad position.

      Cons

      Need SIE or prior experience in the investment industry to get hired. Company stock has been struggling for years thus equity award is of lower dollar value.
