Pros
Leadership takes care of its people, generally a good culture for teamwork and learning from mistakes. Pay is relatively good, and is regularly increased.
Cons
Poor oversight; plenty of people that are still employed due to nepotism or lack of supervision when they either do not know what they are doing or do not actually work. Can have an over abundance of responsibilities concentrated to a small amount of people. Environment is becoming more volatile with the growth of the company.
