Hire fast You never get fired ( people get away with everything)

They lie about pay and start you way lower then they advertise with promise of meeting in a month to reevaluate. Year later, no one has raises. You have no voice and opinions don’t matter. No clear chain of command and no one ever knows what is going on. HR department is based in the Philippines so of course no one uses it. Company has gone through 4 general managers in a year because higher up’s don’t listen. Insurance is also terrible. When something goes wrong they never take responsibility and blame it on people who have never even received training. Cold and drafty in the winter and summers 90 degree heat because they run heaters to dry flowers.
