Pros
Having previously worked for a much larger London media owner, I was unsure as to what agency life and culture would be like "on the inside"...However, I'm very relieved to say that I was welcomed into Red Apple Creative with open arms plus nothing short of a highly encouraging attitude from everyone across all departments. The agency is teeming with talent and offers a diverse range of creative projects to tackle. I definitely feel that I've been able to broaden my skills in the months that I've already been here. Also, so long as the jobs are getting completed, you'll also find RAC offers a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Every so often you have to be prepared to work outside of your normal contracted hours. However this to me comes as a standard expectation when working for any media owner/agency.
