Pros
Solid product. Still lots to develop but very promising. Developers, customer success, engineering teams are really working hard on driving the best value to customers. Overall team is very supportive and there are lots of talented and inspiring people.
Cons
Sales environment is toxic. No work and life balance. It is expected that you will work evenings and weekends. Not many people making their OTE. Very metric driven -you will be told how many calls, emails you have to do and it will be tracked DAILY. In-bound motion almost non existent, lots of cold calling, prospecting. Very limited and disorganized SDR support. Transactional and stressful place to be.
