      Care Staff and Office Staff are amazing

      Management that do not deal with problematic staff and have no clue what they are doing and speak to staff poorly.

      Management really involved and helpful. Go to great lengths to support their workers while out on the road.

      Cons

      Zero hour contract, but this is common practice.
