Very Little Direction, Poor Communication and No Support - Anonymous employee Foresite Group Employee Review

Management was not great with communication. Objectives are one thing but the day to day operations were a constant guessing game. They constantly allowed themselves to be bullied by unreasonable client requests regardless of the contractual language that was already in place. They forsake the employees in order to not make waves with the client. Clients constant change deliverable timeframes and due days on of daily basis.
