This happens at All Hands, extended leadership team meetings, functional leadership teams, etc. All non-sales employees have their own goals and objectives that are typically attached to a bonus. We do this to create clarity and alignment. Sounds like you are not plugged into any of this, which is a bit odd. You can check in with your manager, look at Lattice where we track goals and objectives, or look at our intranet for PPT's that lay this all out in details.
